1. Can I personalise a card?
Yes! Many of our designs can be customised with your own text. Just send us a message with what you’d like to add, and we’ll make it happen.
2. Do the cards come with envelopes?
Absolutely — every card comes with a matching Kraft envelope, ready to send or gift.
3. What size are the cards?
Our standard cards are A6, 14.8x14.8 cm (square card) or A4, but we sometimes offer larger formats. Check the product description for exact dimensions.
4. How are the cards packaged?
Each card is packaged in a protective sleeve and shipped in a sturdy envelope to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
5. How long will it take to get my order?
Processing usually takes 1-3 days, and delivery depends on your location:

UK orders: 3-5 working days

International orders: up to 18 working days
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally but unfortunately at the present time we do not ship to EU destinations or Northern Ireland! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
7. Can you send the card directly to the recipient?
We sure can! If you’d like us to add your message and post it straight to your loved one, choose the "add message" option when purchasing.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! While we do our best to package cards safely, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo and we’ll happily replace it.
9. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — if you’re a shop or need cards for a big event, reach out and we’ll chat through wholesale or bulk pricing options.
10. What cardstock do you use?
We use a mixture of cardstock such as textured linen and felt. We use Kraft envelopes whenever possible 🌍.
11. I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We allow a 3 hour window for cancellations on cards that have not been despatched or personalised. Unfortunately, if your card is personalised, we do not give refunds.
12. I've received someone else's order by mistake. What should I do?
Oops!— If we've sent you someone else's order we will try to rectify the mistake so that both parties get the order they paid for.
13. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send us a photo of the damage and we will do our best to rectify the problem asap.
14. I need to update an address
Please add it to your notes when purchasing. Failing that, contact us as soon as possible with your changes.
