3.1 You confirm any text, images or graphics you provide:
• belong to you or you have permission to use
• are not offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal or infringing
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any personalised order that breaches these terms.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
4.2 Payment is required at checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
4.3 An order is only accepted when you receive a confirmation email.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery is UK-only.
5.2 Typical dispatch time is 1–2 working days.
5.3 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.4 Risk passes to you upon delivery to your address.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Faulty Goods

6.1 Under consumer law, personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned, unless damaged or defective.
6.2 If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence and order number.
6.3 We will repair, replace, or refund in line with UK consumer protection law.

7. Liability

7.1 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory rights.
7.2 We are not liable for business losses or indirect damages.
7.3 Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
